Recommendations on double jogging strollers?

We are taking a trip with my 2 sons in a week and wondering if double jogging strollers are allowed?

We have a rather large double stroller we would like to bring, but not sure if they are allowed to be check at the gate. By having this it will be easier to keep the kids with us obviously, but also carry some of the things. Any help would be great.
